Personal data
Privacy policy
This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This policy describes how Samir Ayari (“sayari”, “we”) processes the personal data of people who book an appointment or contact us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Data controller
Samir Ayari, sole trader trading as SWE CORP.
- Address: 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France
- Email: contact@sayariagency.com
2. Data collected and where
This site has no forms. Data is collected only when you book an appointment via Cal.com, on that provider’s platform:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the information you enter when booking (chosen slot, optional message).
In addition, our audience-measurement tool (Umami) records, anonymously and in aggregate, the pages viewed, the referring page, the device and browser type, and the country. No IP address is stored and no identifier allows us to recognise you from one visit to the next.
3. Purpose and legal basis
This data is used for handling appointment requests and the business relationship that may follow.
- Organising the appointment and replying to your request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Following up the business relationship: sayari’s legitimate interest in developing its business (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- Anonymous audience measurement, to understand how the site is used: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Where a contract is signed, it is kept for the duration of the contract and then archived for as long as legal obligations require. Anonymous traffic statistics are kept indefinitely.
5. Processors
Your data is processed by the following providers:
- Cal.com, Inc. (United States) — online appointment booking. Its privacy policy applies when you use its platform.
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — website hosting.
- OVHcloud (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) — email.
- Umami Software, Inc. (United States, data hosted in the European Union) — audience measurement (Umami). Its privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Cal.com, Inc. and Netlify, Inc. are established in the United States: the data they process may therefore be transferred outside the European Union. The terms of these transfers are described in each provider’s privacy policy. Email is hosted in France and traffic statistics in the European Union.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data.
To exercise them, write to contact@sayariagency.com stating the purpose of your request. We reply within one month; if there is any doubt about your identity, proof may be requested.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
8. Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Audience measurement is provided by Umami, a tool that works without cookies or persistent identifiers, does not track visitors across sites and produces only anonymous, aggregated statistics. This measurement falls within the consent exemption provided by the CNIL for strictly necessary audience-measurement tools: no consent banner is therefore displayed.
